their place an addition and deck for their single family house at 25 Cedar Lane
in the Low Density Residential District, Tax Parcel Number 48.1-2-48.2. Because
the property includes land in the Steep Slope Conservation Combining District, Special
Permit review is required pursuant to Section 145-48 of the Village of Lansing
Code.
